Using the second description from the American Heritage Dictionary: Scamp - a mischievous youngster. I reckon there's a lot of mischief in that youngster - all the climbing etc!
I showed Sophie the picture of Luc and asked her to think of a nickname, hoping that she'd fluke something apt, but no such luck. She suggested, in this order: Chick(?), Nebuchadnezzar, and Couchy Couchface.
Soph says she can't wait 'til we meet at Sawtell, and then we can see how big Luc is.

Scamp is cute. I'd say Munchkin, but it's a little condescending, perhaps?
Going by the T-shirt, you could call him Sporty... ;)
Words are always going to fail someone that cute!
